| Gap control defensive tackle in high school with excellent lower body force and explosion off the ball. Loves his gaps and rarely has to go across the face of an offensive lineman. Plays in a unique system where he moves around often at the snap which causes confusion and helps his ability to get into the backfield where he is quick to react to plays. Biggest question for him will be size and where he plays. |

| As a junior on the nationally ranked Byrnes squad, Dawkins finished the year with 46 solo tackles, 56 assists, 3 sacks, and 18 tackles for loss.
Dawkins: "Right now I'm really working hard on working through double teams. As far as one on one goes I think I have it down pretty well. It's pretty hard for one person to block me because I'm so quick. We're working really hard on beating double teams and hopefully that will be better." |
