Ponder to start for the Seminoles

QB Chrisitan Ponder		By Staff NoleDigest.com Date: Sep 3, 2008 Christian Ponder has been named the starting quarterback for the first game of the season against Western Carolina. Ponder beat out 3-year starter Drew Weatherford, and fellow redshirt sophomore D’Vontrey Richardson. This will be Ponder’s first career start ever.
