		By Ryan Jordan TheInsiders Date: Jun 28, 2004 Ryan Perrilloux was recently named the top high school quarterback in the country and was given a 5-star ranking by TheInsiders. Perrilloux has finalized his camp plans and seven teams remain in contention for his signature, including Florida State. The Seminoles, of course, welcome highly-touted newcomers Xavier Lee and Drew Weatherford, a pair that also ranked among the nation's best at quarterback a year ago.
