Roy Watts initially committed to the University of Texas in 2005, and ended up signing with them to be apart of their 2006 class. After spending some time there he decided to leave the Longhorns, ending up at Navarro College. Earlier this year Watts made a commitment to the University of Houston at a time when a few schools were coming after him. While he remains committed to the Cougars he now wants to explore some newer options. With his season complete he now can do that.
