Quarterback Wyatt Sexton was heading into fall drills as the starter. However, he has had some setbacks this summer. According to FSU sports information department, the junior has been suspended from the team and admitted to the hospital.

Tallahassee, Fla. -- “We have been notified that Wyatt Sexton was transported to Tallahassee Memorial Hospital last night for medical reasons,” said FSU Assistant Athletics Director Rob Wilson.

“Most of us have known Wyatt since he was born and our concern is for him right now. He had been suspended from the football team for a violation of team rules two weeks ago. Coach Bowden is aware of Wyatt’s situation and would prefer not to comment at this time other than to express his support of Wyatt, Billy, Joy and the entire Sexton family.”
