FSU may have offered a little late in the process, but they are now in the running for Brown.
"Oh yeah, they are in there. They have been my favorite team since I was a little kid. One of my good friends [Rashad Greene] plays there, they always have a great team, and I have a lot of interest in them."
A lot of interest he has, but not quite as much as one of Florida State's big rivals.
"Florida is still in the lead right now. They have been faithful to me, they have always been honest with me, and they have a big need at offensive tackle.
"Florida State is right behind them and they will give Florida a little competition, but Florida is still on top for me."
Tallahassee will be a place Brown spends some time before he makes his decision late in November.
"I will visit FSU either next week or the week after and it will be an unofficial visit. I will probably visit them during the middle of the week. I am working on getting that set up."
Brown has one official visit left and it will go to Oklahoma on the weekend of November 24. They remain in the race for this four-star OL out of Georgia Military College.
"It is down to Florida, Florida State, and Oklahoma," he said. "It is just those three now."
Brown will graduate from GMC in December and enroll at the school of his choice in January with three years to play two.
