Kameron Davis, 6-foot-5 and 268 pounds, talked about how his season going so far.
"We are doing pretty good. We are 2 and 1, we just lost to St. Thomas. We have to just regroup and keep going. I am doing pretty good, I went against top d-lineman and did pretty good."
While it is very early for 2012 prospects, Davis has received a ton of mail and interest from many BCS programs. He is widely regarded as one of the top Offensive Linemen in Florida for 2012 and has a world of potential.
"I like FSU, my mother went to FSU. The direction of the program is pretty good, I hear good things about it. I hear a lot of good things from a lot of my friends who are getting recruited by them."
While he has that connection to FSU, the University of Miami was his favorite team growing up and he is still waiting to see more from schools before he narrows down anything.
Davis who claims a 2.8 core GPA is looking for a college that can get him to the next level.
"I am looking for a shot to like go to the NFL. Anyone who can get me a shot, get my skills ready for the NFL."
NoleDigest.com was recently at his game against Northeast and had this to write:
"Davis has legit 6'5, 260ish size and can move. He had some tough battles in pass pro and held his own. He has rare size for his year and looks like he has the potential for another inch or two. There is plenty of room to improve, but it is clear why he is already attracting significant interest on the recruiting trail."
Stay tuned to NoleDigest for the latest about Davis.
